General Usage Tips (Applicable to All Types of HDPE Products)

Avoid prolonged sun exposure: HDPE has poor UV resistance. Long-term outdoor use can easily cause aging and brittleness. It is recommended to add UV inhibitors or a protective covering.

Control usage temperature: Short-term usage temperature can reach 100°C, with a melting point of 125–135°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments.

Be cautious with solvent contact: Although resistant to most acids and bases, HDPE can dissolve in hydrocarbon solvents like toluene and trichloroethylene at high temperatures. Contact should be avoided.

Static protection: HDPE products can easily accumulate static electricity and attract dust. In dry environments, use antistatic agents or clean regularly.
