Precautions

Prohibition of over-temperature operation

Do not use the sheet for long periods at temperatures far exceeding its material tolerance, as this may cause softening and deformation and reduce structural strength.

Prohibition of strong media contact

Ordinary sheets without special modification shall not be exposed to strong oxidizing agents and other special chemical media for long periods to prevent rapid erosion.

Prohibition of impact by sharp heavy objects

Avoid sharp heavy objects falling directly onto the board surface from height. Such impacts may lead to irreversible damage such as local cracks and perforation.

Prohibition of excessive load bearing

Do not subject the sheet to long-term concentrated pressure far exceeding its designed load to prevent irreversible indentation and deformation.

 

Working Principle

 

Polypropylene resin serves as the base raw material. PP board is uniformly formed in a molten state through plasticizing extrusion or calendering processes. After cooling and setting, a homogeneous sheet with evenly arranged internal molecules is produced. Leveraging the stable molecular structure of polypropylene, the sheet withstands corrosion from most chemical media while retaining good physical ductility and structural strength to meet usage requirements across various scenarios.

 

 

Instructions for Use

01/

Cut the sheet with dedicated plastic cutting tools. Control the feed speed during cutting to prevent edge chipping on the board surface.

Heat the bending area evenly during hot bending. Bend the sheet slowly only after it fully softens, and hold the shape until cooling and setting.

03/

Keep both sides of the weld clean and free of oil stains during hot melt welding. Properly control welding temperature and torch travel speed to guarantee weld strength.

04/

Reserve reasonable gaps for thermal expansion and contraction during sheet installation to avoid arching and deformation caused by ambient temperature changes.

05/

Wipe the surface with a soft cloth and neutral detergent for routine cleaning. Do not scratch the board surface with sharp, hard objects.

 

FAQ

Q: Will PP board age rapidly when used outdoors under direct sunlight for a long time?

A: Weather-resistant modified components can be added as required to greatly improve outdoor anti-aging performance and accommodate long-term open-air use.

Q: Is it difficult to perform subsequent welding processing on PP board?

A: PP material features excellent hot melt welding performance. Splicing can be completed with standard plastic welding guns, and the welds are firm and resistant to cracking.
